|Recommended: YesJust moved in — Old complex, historic area. Had problems with old refrigerator, maintenance responded very quickly, when could not resolve will replace. Very positive on maintenance and staff.

|Recommended: YesValley View Apartments in Little Rock is a gem Not only is the location on Kavanaugh Blvd incredibly convenient, but the management and maintenance staff are genuinely top-notch. They're always so responsive, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. A truly positive living experience

|Recommended: YesStarter Apartment — Going off of my review, is there noise Yes, but nothing a pair of headphones or earbuds can't fix. It's mostly cars in the daytime and busy weekend traffic. The grounds maintained very well. The building was made in the 1900s so cracks , creeks and uneven flooring isn't usual in apartments like these. I just got here 2 weeks ago so I don't know much about maintenance or property staff yet, I can say they have been accommodating and maintenance has efficiently done what was asked.
